After using the predator all day yesterday I have come to discover that the predator does SEEM easier to kill but I now don’t take it as much as a debuff but as a challenge predator can win just have to improvise on the fly, strike when the fireteam is distracted and pick off your opponents with tactics your enemy doesn’t expect.
Edit2- after having more time I discovered that the parry system negates any point of a predator having melee so a minor rework would be logical as a knife isnt much of a parry weapon against others say a club or staff, at the very least trying to parry these weapons takes up a lot more stamina and would discourage parry spammers so I don’t have to spam plasma caster which no doubt people will start whining about before long. Even with plasma caster I must agree with the med pack drop that fts can use they have too many methods to heal I’m not saying completely get rid of it but reduce it so it’s at least balanced with predators lack of healing resources (or give pred more healing stims) as boars seem scarce and most times are all the way across the map giving the fireteam plenty of time to finish missions and even exfil this is just what I’ve come up
