I mean by terminated im implying… nerf it to the point its not going to be like guaranteed win… Aka make it so people who really like to get their hands dirty in ground and melee to victory can use it… but yeah… it should be kept in game as well

I still win 9/10 of my FT games. So long as your FT isn’t brain dead and sticks together, you don’t even need comms.
The games I lose, it’s always because someone moved away from the group, or the game decied it didn’t need a full FT.

Every match except one last night. Didn’t matter if i was 4 stacked or not. Many are still struggling with basic mechanics or thinking combi will carry them to a W.
Only fights that were close were predators that played the range game and hopped in and out of combat from different angles.

i think because the combi stick has such a wide arc, and can hit all people in a small room, maybe it should do a lot less damage. like less than all other pred melee eapons. BECAUSE its advanges, selling point, its postive aspect is its reach and ability to hit multiple people.
It shouldnt be best at everything. but still have its thrown damage very high.

Yep. Predator’s not as powerful as you think if you play smart.
Are we seriously still using the movie excuse to justify how people play? It’s a video game, people can play however they want. If you really want to keep with the lore, then you should know that there’s Bad Blood Predators, ones that do not have honor. Three of these are even in the third movie, Predators. I’m beginning to wonder if the movie excuse is just from salty FT players who don’t like losing to Predators.
Oh, and a lot of people listen to others with mics. Just because you don’t see your teammates using mics doesn’t mean they’re garbage.
I have yet to see a zerker win since the patch drop. They still get parried spam to death in 1v2.
Maybe you’re above competent or your FTs have been meh, hard to say without seeing footage.

well im a predator main, i dont use the combi stick at all since beta.
When i do play fireteam the thing that usually gets me is the combi-zerker but i CANT parry for shit. i suck at parry… i don know when to do it.

Really? Yes, people use the movies for a base. When did you ever see the Pred run around like a meth phene hacking and slashing everyone??? NEVER. Use the trees, cause panic and then attack!

When I play FT berserker with a stick, the easiest thing I can meet. A scout with a bow is a real nightmare, and a berserker with a stick is a schoolboy who just wants to fight because of an excess of testosterone

I mean yeh i agree with you, there are bad blood predators BUUT its not really the people who are trying to force people to play as movie lore set the theme as… the devs actually are balancing out the game towards the movies and stuff… now again yeah i see your point with all kinds of playstyles and i think thats awesome to have people who play stealthy or aggresive or both or just like idk… screw around and jump and shit…
Hell yea man. Some ppl don’t take the time to get comfortable and just want everything handed to them. But the Zerk tho aww man that’s a whole diff discussion there lol

Do you have your knife out?
Itll auto parry if you can time your swing with predators, almost similar to parrying in the souls franchise. I would just recommend stacking with someone else and mashing with the knife, youll hit a parry or two by just doing that.

I rarely wait 20 minutes. I normally get a game in 4-7 minutes.
no i just press the melee button when they are swinging, i see the onscreen prompt sometimes but mostly im jst guessing… it works not often though

Highly recommend equipping knife the moment predator pushes. Youll do far more damage to it and with enough practice you’ll win a good half of 1v1s in melee

You’ll probably only hear from non berserker players or the odd who doesn’t use the combi spam combo.
As fire team I’ve been killing way too many rushing Predators. Like hunters and Scouts rush us. No wear down or softening.
Even the Berserkers are getting melted. By strong load outs.
There’s no thinking behind the tactics, its just rushing and trying to out tank the damage as the big boy. Hunter, Scouts, yall got no excuse to run that tactic early on.
As a Predator I tried the Berzeker rush with combi and the first time was meh, it was sort of fun when the team was good and parried but when they dont/can’t fight back its extremely unsatisfying.
Also blame you tube for the melee tanks, type in hunting grounds and thats the most clicked build/type of video
I’ve really been loving the Scout. You can run a stalking game or war of attrition.
Hunter allows some quick jump ins, swing at a few and leap away, lead them away or try bait an alarm somewhere with a large pool of health than the scout.
