Now hear me out
-I never watched any of the movies before buying this game
But I had see bits and pieces of predators and always thought they were cool so when I saw the game my interest was peaked
-So I watched the youtube channel deadmeat’s videos on all the predator movies and the videos on the alien movies and avp movies just for good measure
That was enough to get me hyped for the game and preorder it and while I still think the game could be in a better state I can feel illfonic is slowly going in the right direction
Then the dutch dlc came out and to show support I purchased it and while I feel it was not really worth the money I didn’t complain cause I new what I was buying a new class and early access to a weapon and knife so that was fine
By this point I was feeling the man I feel bad not having watched any of the movies or buying any merch
-So I’m with my brother at gamestop for him to get something and what do I find a PoP figure of the 87 pred decloaking so I snatched it up and bought
Finally I went on TV searched up predators and recorded as many as I could
-Predator-I felt like for the first movie it was alright but definitely didn’t have enough predator for me solid B movie for me
-Predator 2-Much more pred which was nice and showed off more of his arsenal but not a super fan of all the side characters but still pretty good C+
-Predators-Now this is what I’m talking about lots more pred action actors I know and am more invested in more space stuff just more more more definitely my favorite of the three but I can understand people disagreeing cause the murderer guy turning on them in the end was dumb but other than that I really enjoyed A movie for me
Now unfortunately I couldn’t record The Predator but I see it that the changes in story as far as the autistic kid and trying to improve themselves is were the issues lie in that and I agree that sounds stupid
But as for the predator franchise In a whole i completely see why yall care about it so much and honestly i want a new movie simply so I can go see it and because yall need something to get the sour taste of the last movie out XD
For me the pred franchise is an 8 out of 10 only because it’s a mixed bag of good bad and ugly but it deserves it’s high regarded recognition
And I hope the game keeps getting better to do those movies comics etc the justice they deserve.
