frankly I played 4 hours, it does not provide the sensations I have when playing phg, this game does not attract me too much, and killing bots is boring, I prefer potatoes
Its cheap, half assed animations, bad music,gameplay with friends 7/10.

AI only gives so much variety , adaptable AI can be fun . But playing other players is where the action is with being unpredictable etc and different play styles

You cant compare the two on steam , mate . Pred didn’t release for a year on steam , its just what number of the epic playerbase would have bought it over on steam instead or people who avoided steam altogether and didn’t bother

Its always nice to try something new with Alien and Predator for me, but I doubt I will be playing this game for much longer after I beat the campaign on the highest difficulty.
Much like comics, video game player bases have a downward spiral. They almost always are. Hunting Grounds is now on year 2 and the port player base isn’t going to be the same people who already bought it on PSN or Epic.
You have a year of news about it like bugs and so forth which can steer people away but the people who would otherwise play the title already are playing it. Crossplay otherwise makes steam numbers irrelevant so long as it’s on since it’s not indicative of the larger population.
The thing is that it could be better than HG but given literally everything else this game has survived, why would Alien break it? The population does have overlap but realistically Alien will do like starwars squadrons and level it’s playerbase out.

ok i admit it’s different from phg, playing in a team is very cool, but i prefer an unpredictable human than a bot that adapts.

in the bundle a lot of players are phg players, in 1 or 2 months there won’t be such a big difference
