Why do I get the feeling Disney is gonna try and drag out the courts time to the point that the original creators of the franchise lose all their money? Isn’t that their signature move when they want something badly?

I’m not sure , I know James Cameron went through the same for terminator and other creators over the last six or so years . Its a law that was pretty much over looked until then

lol no its Disney. They’ve never lost an IP and change laws at will just to keep mickey mouse.

at most you get a Sony situation where disney owns 90% of it and sony is only allowed to make spiderman-related movies.
