What do you think is really the bug? Is it problems with a sound character/environment profile becoming reset or deleted and then neglected to be re-organized or was it deliberately made to be audible? Why just a weapon?
To me it sounds like a group of people who don’t know how to communicate with a developer department and that department got shipped to india or something.
Is this a case of bad actors not following through with the company they work for?
or is it deliberate on the part of a team of core people who expected something to happen but never paid their ‘help’?
Believe me, I had my fill, no customer is going to reinstall a 8-15 gb game and jump in 5 years too late and expected to do a bug report for the core team.
If you figure this out, you figure out who is to blame. So either do or do not, there is no try.

The problem is that the only classes who have Disciplined spec either have shit energy or they just have better specs anyway like Analytic or Stalker. For some of them it’s a case of both.
I think the only way to get around this specific Plasma Caster audio problem now if you wanted to actively target adapting to it, is to start using more classes with Audio Decoys like Mr Black & just throw a couple decoys around in the surrounding area to throw off the Fireteam’s sense of direction & hope that the noises from the decoys will muffle the sounds of the Charging Plasma Caster.
But obviously you’re not gonna be able to do this the whole time & you can’t just rely on Decoys either.
Yes, but as long as you already have analysts or assassins in your roster, you can take a disciplined one.
