They do sound ridiculously powerful. So I’m hoping there’s some good balance changes with the update. If not then I feel sorry for the few people left playing as the predator.

They will probably force a choice on characters with less gear. If you have self revive, you’re not healing during a fight.
They will lower the number of medbags as support carry these instead.
Balance is more than one thing. Choices like these effect that balance by eliminating other things.
Well the self revive prevents preds from crouch cloaking next to down player and wait to ambush, you have to commit to claiming or gtfo, either way make it much more interesting/difficult to enage and will most likely discourge preds from rushing at the start

Dudes, its important to consider how much health the revive gives, how long it takes to revive yourself and how much gear they cost. I mean I don’t think I would trade an ammo bag or a med kid for one of those.

I’ve been talking about this since months ago about being able to self revive your self, and I can’t believe is happening 👍🏻😄 is totally needed!!..the fact that some fire team don’t revive their teammates BC they think the pred is using him as bait or just bc they don’t want to is an ass thing to do…so please pred mains instead of complaining how about Learn New tactics and GIT GUD on August 28th 😂
At least self revive will help with those dumb ass FT members who constantly run away and ignore that a player’s down.

The only people who actually wanted this were the people who want to hunt Predator and melt him in 0.1 nanoseconds every game. Illfonic is going to need to be really careful with balancing these, especially the self revive. Dead by Daylight already has a problem with second chances. PHG should learn from it.
