If you look down left on the paid DLC of august, you Will see something like a silver hand or something…look the updated roadmap with city Hunter not the previous…

It doesn’t look like a hand to me… maybe it is but it’s to distorted.
Good catch, I just don’t think there’s enough to speculate off of, at least for me.
Maybe its a part of augoust DLC.
