skeleton crew and then the publisher will pawn it off to another skeleton crew once contract’s closed if they feel like it
so same thing they did with F13 even though everyone pretends that game died of unfortunate circumstances despite gun media running skeleton crew life support and porting it to switch. Had nothing to do with the rights just really convenient timing for illfonic to gtfo and work on their next low budget cashgrab.
And then they do their “ooh noo we had so many maps and features almost done I swear” shtick because there’s no accountability in this industry and you can just lie.

F13 killer puzzle game was around the entire time getting dlcs and updates but everyone memory-holes that because Illfonic is a shovelware company pretending they’re making indie projects that they aren’t going to abandon the first year
