You can’t do things like that on PS4, it has a rule we’re you have to know who’s in your online matches and how they are interacting with the PSN. So I imagine if it’s connecting to a PC it needs to let you know.
Not sure how PSN handles reports for PC players, I do know that the ability to report is why you need to show who’s in the game.
