Indulge me:
You have been propositioned to work for a gaming company under these circumstances:
- you make money only from patreon but are offered a non-disclosure agreement contract stating you do not state you are working for them.
- the rest of the company has personel actually promising you money through patreon.
- these people who are seedfunding you believe in your work and feel like the company is failing. Some are stating that they work for the company and some do not.
- the company has produced AAA titles and have a place on the stock exchange.
Do you think this is true and happening today? Discuss.
I might not be agreed with on this one, but i think that big companies will make job postings but will only hire those who write cover letters to which stipulate curtain agreements where then the company deconstructs the original job posting just for these individuals then allow them to work at a smaller capacity.
I just think software companies in general are shady as fuck but for good reason( too stay afloat). especially if they aim to hire large number of employees. to which they then won’t care to promote them within the company. One and dones as they say.
