Spot & Chat Wheel Broken

When I play Dutch’s Spot & Chat Wheel voice commands stop working every game.

I don’t know if it’s specific to Dutch 2025 or not, will have to test.

Playing on PS4 Pro, this began after last patch.

Just tested with Scout class, the same thing happens. Upon match starting Spot & Chat command’s audio works a couple times.

But then just stops working all together.

Have now tested multiple classes and is not class specific, happens to all.

Any updates on this problem?

I have both Playstation and Xbox .
The Xbox wheel is slightly less broken

Spot never works - unlike older versions of game

PC players seem to be ok during crossplay sessions.

The left half of the wheel stops working first
Xbox seems to retain use of the right wheel commands, whereas PS5 drops the right wheel commands as well, and they sometimes come back after a period
