When I play FT, I know what I see. I believe my own eyes over a YT video. Maybe you have missing graphical effects due to low-end computer/console or a bug or something?
Even if they werent visible (they are) spamming spot button seems to be a thing.
Dude, stop being so ignorant, even i tried it and stood still today 6 times in one match, they never seen me standing over there, but you are right spotting the predator spam is annoying… i was literally even holding the bow will fully charged attack and standing in my place and even downed one and still standing on my place, and they never knew i was there until they started shooting at me and i panicked and used the leap.

Spotting is fine, but I dont think a pred should be able to be spotted while sitting still cloaked.

Even a pc sniper cannot find a standing still predator. He is completely invisible!! Recon doesn’t spot automatically dude. You have to spam, but my point in all of this is that a predator standing without moving will never be seen by anyone, he will just vanish, try it with a friend in a private match and you will get my point.
Watch this video guys. You will see yourself as cloaked but the fireteam will see nothing, unless they hit you accidentally or shoot at the air or straight or whatever randomly and hits you!!
Problem is, they can hear you, even if 100% unvisible, and if they spam spot in your direction, they may get you.

When u stand and cloaked they can see u, when u crouch they can’t and I’m really surprised how many predators I’ve come across thats don’t know this or do it
tweak it a bit but dont remove it.
I dunno I can see the outline of a predator completely standing still. If they find a different way to notify your team that you see it I’d be fine with that but you shouldn’t have to act like a cliche “hey guys did you see that?”.
I think they actually need to buff the cloak of the predator. That would be better personally.

The problem with spotting is that it can be spammed until you actually spot the Predator, then there’s a cooldown. So basically Spotting can be spammed like a LMG. There’s only a cooldown if the Predator is spotted.
