Spotting feature

Could someone tell me how spotting works because i thought that they added a cooldown to it that it won’t be unlimited but they are somehow still able to spam the shit out of it… I need someone to tell me in detail What the fuck is going on

You can spam it 4 times, then it goes into cooldown for 3-5 secs-ish.
Basically it’s still spammable.

Whaaaat! 3-5 seconds is nothing! and if you space them its basicly unlimited

Does it even count as a spotting if you don’t highlight the predator but highlight only the general direction? Because that would be ridiculously brain dead to not count it
