Stamina wouldn't regenerate after hitting with Disc

For some strange reason my stamina wouldn’t regen after I used the smart disc. Stood perfectly still and it just went up incredibly slowly.

It’s a common stamina bug that can happen to any weapon with a secondary function like plasma cannon,bow,combi stick throw, etc. You can fix it temporarily by doing a melee attack while standing still and then wait a second.
