Standing ovation?

That was just me BSing some “wholesome” crap to lead up to my punchline.

If I truly believed nothing matters I’d probably live life straight out of GTA. Or whatever serious equivalent my life would be if I let go of the few morals that I follow.

I never said dont do anything lol.
Yes that may be the case, but not doing anything isn’t beneficial.

How much does being or not being at the center of the universe matter to you?

What does the infinite void of space do for your life exactly?

If I kicked your dog into said space would you hold these same views?

It’s not about being or not being the center of the universe. At least for me.

The void of space simply is, and technically created everything, unless your religious and dont believe in the big bang for whatever reason.

But not sure exactly how you made the leap to that question.

If I had a dog, and you wanted to kick it into space I would just have to wonder why.
What possible reason could you have to make you wanna do that?

I guess a game checkers to the death would have been the only honorable way. 🤣

Provides me my source of power and degeneracy. Also like astrology and stuff like helps me know like you know the energy and auras of people you know?

“Nihilists” claim nothing matters yet beg me for mercy and to let them live. Curious

When will things matter and why? (If not now)

Since we’re bullying Fire today, if I had to guess, he won’t get in the damn robot because low-hanging fruit he wanted has been picked by boomers and the returns of technological progress have diminished but he clearly doesn’t commit to this idea. What’s the point of defining yourself by some untangible black hole of thought you ask? Either mindbroken and utterly defeated by the concept of space (doubt) or using it as an excuse.

The only thing that ever matters is tribe.
This has been true forever and is still true to this day.

Nihilists don’t have a tribe unless they’re proper buddists with metaphysical convinctions, so the nihilist that think themselves special must cope. The genuine ones are dead already.

This is my favorite day of the week. Everyone make fun of that fucker, get mean and personal, make him question his existence. If he hasn’t contemplated being best friends with a bathtub full of water and an active toaster, then you’re not doing it right.

tbf if you can’t swim vs sink during your existential crisis you’ve forfeited your free will anyways.

But that’s why we have all these things anyway.

Nature abhors a vacuum and in the vacuum of the absence of positive philosophies, many of which are grounded in religion, vapid materialism and hedonists rush in to fill the spiritual void. Kickstart fundraiser Fire’s fursuit

Sorry I don’t have time for chatspeak, only making fun of @Fire and the occasional other person.

When you can actually make a permanent impact and actually affect the world.
And I’m not using world in the typical way, meaning planet.

I mean the universe.

When you can actually cause change, that’s when it matters. But it has to be a on a large scale otherwise, its insignificant.

I know a lot of people disagree because they want their life, feelings, experiences, ect. to mean something, but that’s simply just the truth.

That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t enjoy what you can, but ultimately with how minor everything that anyone here can do is, no one should be acting like its that important in the grad scale of things.

Progress takes time. I think it would move faster if humans wouldn’t waste resources on wars or maintain economies better so recessions wouldn’t happen. Isn’t that reason enough to try to make the world better? Yeah, i wish i was present a 200 years from now when the say that missions to mars are a thing and colonization and terra-forming are a possibility. I think i may enjoy a getaway like that for 5 years, even though it would really suck (conditions), but still to be on the edge of discovery and progress is tempting (they probably wouldn’t send people for 5 years only. At least 20)

As of right now i see the near impact as colonization and mining. Would that be your thing?

Or would you want to do a No Man’s Sky thing?

Okay and?

I mean it’s ok, get mad at me cause you wanna feel special and I’m telling you nothing is.

You literally haven’t proven me wrong.

All it is, is that you dont like what I’m saying so your only defense is to mock it.

Wah, Fire doesn’t think like I do, even though he’s not even going after anyone, I dont like what he’s saying so ima talk shit cause its different, WAAAH.

literally what’s going on.

Necessity is the mother of innovation and in war you need to innovate to win. Many of the technologies and comforts we enjoy today are due to advancements in warfare. As for economies? Economies have a boom and bust cycle but our politicians fear the bust so much they try to hold it off for as long as possible until it becomes catastrophic. For example, would it be better to go to the doctor early for treatment for an injury or disease or wait until it’s about to kill you to go? Eventually you’ll have to go so why delay it and make it worse when it comes a calling?

Of course they haven’t proven you wrong. You refuse to accept or listen to anyone else’s viewpoint and then cry that they don’t get yours because they don’t automatically agree with you. Hard to convince a person who closes their eyes, covers their ears and screams to avoid having to deal with others opinions or views.
