Starting ammo

I can’t say if this been happening since last patch or before.
I noticed that when i use an Assault build, i never start with the same ammount of ammo. Sometimes 280, sometimes 330… I don’t use the Prepper perk.
I didn’t notice if it has anything related to any other FT using that perk but even if someone does, that doesn’t shouldn’t affect me…

I’ve also noticed when you have medkits equipped and you get reinforced they turn into 2 syringes instead.

So when you are playing is there a support on the field because with a support on the field they give you more starting ammo
