If you stealth kill and are invisible and then go into second wind and the fireteam member you tried to stealth kill lives then it will leave him fully invisible with the stealth kill icon above him. Also the stealth kill icons sometimes wont pop up(especially on owlf operative) even though they are stealth killable.
