Stealth kills?

Can you not stealth kill FT? I’ve been cloaked behind them and nothing?

You have to down them twice, then they become vulnerable to this lol

So I was just in a match and can confirm (1.06) after two downs and a set amount of damage on the “third life” the white skull icon appears letting you know stealth kill is available for this FT.

I made 2 stealth kills this match, and I was in stealth for one but not the other. So there is also that also.

Okay that could be true. It is hard to keep track of who is who sometimes, when they mud up they all look alike!

Yeah, I hate when I’m in a claim and they rage quit, and I lose the claim. However I did pin a dude to a tree with a combistick headshot this morning. That was fucking awesome!

He flew like 60-75m on my combistick. Had to run a ways to go get the skull and combistick back. I was like 5m behind him when I threw it.

For sure though I can say, as I was engaging the last FT he did not have a white skull. After one claw, the white skull appeared.

Could be buggy, but that seems like stealth kills have a number of downs + damage done prerequisite.

And you may not have to be cloaked, just behind them.

Yeah, I have engaged an FT head on with the white skull uncloaked, got on his back and stealth killed him. We need to do some science to see how many downs it takes to get the white skull to appear.

With slams and throws, I usually trickle most FT downs down quickly. It appears to be somewhat temperamental but usually after the third revive, they will have the icon. Also if reinforced after 3 downs they will still have the icon.

Yes, sounds like some major science is needed.

I am going to be out of town this weekend though :-(.
