It’s there. you just have to scroll right, which maybe isn’t as intuitive as it should be.

Given how Jungle Hunter usually does end up getting skins on accident I wouldn’t be surprised if I logged in today and found this.

Cause seriously the epic skin always pops up for me on PS4.
