Steam Player "Predator Killer" using damage hack/exploit

This player was verbally talking about it in the pregame lobby and then within 0.5 seconds he downed a berserker with 2 bullets. I dont know how this is possible but they were all talking about some “exploit” damage that Dante gets or something or another. I know player bans dont happen, but this needs attention

yeah, also his friend jojo-shoots. They admits to hacking and doesn’t care one bit because devs won’t do shit.
