Still don’t have pre order skin or mini gun

I been looking around to see what to do about not having the pre order skin and mini gun. Anyone here have the same problem? I’m on ps4.

My gf and I both preordered, I got the skins and she didn’t. Lmk how it goes, hope you guys can get them.

Have you checked your class under customization? That’s where you would get the skin.

Yeah I did. It says it’s locked. I closed the game and restarted the game still nothing. Restarted the console and still nothing.

Call the Playstation support number if you don’t have it. Say that pre-order bonuses are missing.

Hey I got my pre order bonuses! GameStop sent me a email with the code. If your gf doesn’t have a code in her email from the place she pre ordered from then she is able to email illfonic and someone will help her.
