Can you provide some more info so we can help you troubleshoot this further? What exactly do you mean by a problem with level -1?

You queue for a match, you get into the lobby and your level is -1, which prevents you from changing your loadouts, so you’re stuck with your default loadout.
It happens to both sides, FT and Pred and it’s totally random.
It’s been there since day 1.

Also it appears as if you have -1 Veritanium as well, you can’t change your loadouts as they appear locked as if you still need to level up to use them.
