Stop crying!

i can’t believe i’m going to do this but…are you people brain dead? do you live in a cave??? for those who don’t get what i’m saying i’m just going to answer with a name COVID-19.

Yes did you people haven’t think for a second that the dev are probably under lockdown like everybody else in america? that their prime studio is in one of the most infected area? no? well them stop being surprised that the game have not all the features ready in launch day with all the shit going on IRL and give their time and respect and for the love of god stop crying refund and insult every damn two second.its a warcrat 3 reforged or a fallout 76 case here, just give them time and wait like normal people should do and PLEASE use you’r brain when you make feedback and not just

“tHe gAmE Is BAd i wAnT REfUnDSSSS”…

EDIT: ok little update since people don’t get what i mean with that post i will make it simple, stop being insulting, throwing random insult in the feedback comment, take 5 minute to sit down think of what his good and bad and make a construsctive critism instead of throwing random “THEGAMEISBAD” all the time, if you really want to help the dev act like adults and not like frustrated children ;)

As much as I wanted this game to be released with no issues I fully agree. People need to realize that pretty much all games release with issues, which sucks but thats just the world we live in. I’m not ass kissing or boot licking, they will iron out all this stuff, hopefully soon but we are in a pandemic so we all just need to chill out.

Honestly it’s really sad, but it’s no surprise. People are entitled and impatient. It’s understandable that you paid for something and you want it to be better. It will be, it just takes time. Matchmaking woes are always complex, especially when crossplay is involved. People are acting like you flip a switch and it’s fixed, lmao. It ain’t that easy, at all.

that is unfortunate that people think such work can be resolve in a little hour, people really don’t understand the work behind the video game industry

Not only that, but console patches and updates have to go through a certification thing so we dont get them as fast as we want.

Dude this is VERY true. It reminds me a lot of a title I worked on previously. It was F2P and we ran into SO many matchmaking issues, especially in the beginning. I’m getting PTSD, lol.

True Jsweaty, all PS4 fixes and patches have to be submitted. But because this is matchmaking related it may be something they can fix on the backend which won’t require any submissions.

They are probably fortnite trolls. Who have no life experience and want everything at touch of a button. I think it’s a pretty decent game. It can certainly develop into a better game. But I’m pretty sure it’s trash in accordance to the complainers. It’s 29 hours after game comes out. God forbid

This guy… 🙄

You going to tell us about all the people that are starving in other countries on the holidays too?

Did it you ever think that maybe people are so focused on this game BECAUSE OF COVID-19?
Did you consider that People might be scared and anxious, so they’re focusing on a game to distract themselves from the horrible virus thats killing hundreds of thousands of people(including friends and loved ones)?
So get the hell out of here with your self righteous indignation. We’re tired and burnt the fuck out…

If you want to pat yourself on the back, go volunteer somewhere, be helpful to your community. Wagging your finger at everyone isnt helping anyone, and just make you look like a shitty person…

Righteous indignation? What are you even going on about? What you’re saying sounds selfish lmao. Any of those people can find plenty of other things to do. The devs are working from home to do their best to fix these issues. Even through the weekend I can assure you. Been there done that.

He brought up plenty of valid points. The devs are working hard to fix issues and instead of majority of this community providing helpful info or anything, they’re just screaming now now now and being incredibly negative.

That doesn’t stop them from blocking people who ask them questions on social media, or not communicating with the community at all.

so two things they are probably blocking those who complaint and insulte them and scream for refunds thing its totaly understandable two if they don’t communicate a lot with us that probably because they are too busy trying to fix the problems encounter as quick as possible and in doing so decided to NOT being distracted by peoples on the forum wish can be completely understandable

They should have delayed the launch man. We didn’t pay 1/3 or 1/2 of the price. We waited 30 days and paid full price for this PS4 game!. I do understand they are probably working hard right now to make this a wonderful ps4 game and i’m glad they are doing this. Lets be patient. There’s nothing we can do but wait. But again… they should have delayed the launch, cuz our money’ gone now. And we paid for a decent PS4 game, not a glitchy ps2 like game.

Honestly ANYTHING would have made everyone happy. A single “We are working on it” Would have sufficed. No more, no less.

yeah i understand for the delayed but i think in that case its probably that they don’t wanted to anger the comunity with an actual delayed and have a lot of people play when the Hype for the game was as his pick tho i really don’t know on that matter : /

Can you even imagine how swamped they’re getting across every social media platform? They’re drowning. There’s no team big enough to answer every question in a timely manner. They don’t even have their own customer support team as far as I know.

Sometimes the best thing to do is to not respond to negativity. Sponge up the opinions and comments, and keep your eyes on the road. Which I can guarantee they’re doing.

Oh shit, my bad… i read the first paragraph and immediately got pissed…

I assumed(rookie mistake) that the rest of the OP was going to be dome long boring jibber-jabber about “Its just a game. Theres more important things going on. Blaw blaw blaw”

Sorry, this was entirely my screw up.

COVID-19 is not an excuse for lack of fucking transparency. They launched the game without crossplay parties which is arguably one the game’s main selling points. I would be ok with this had they simply explained they are delaying the feature. WELL, THEY DIDN’T. They launched the game knowing damn well that cross play parties are not working, still no word on this either. Good luck defending this point, you can’t, pure fuckery and scumminess from devs just so they don’t loose sales.

Dude, the game just launched yesterday. Right now they’re all hands on deck trying to fix matchmaking. At least give them more than 24 hours to expect them to address anything. There have been plenty of times where devs and pubs work to fix issues and wait to respond once it’s good and done. That is absolutely not uncommon.

Plus when you take a studio that physically works together and make them work from home, things get harder. It’s understandable that it’s frustrating, but hounding them for responses that won’t be enough for anyone and then some isn’t going to help anyone to be quite honest.

I’m not saying answer every question, I’m saying a “Working on it” or “Lockdown is slowing down updates” Would be enough to shut everyone up for a bit.
