Oh it’s definitely boring as watching paint dry sometimes for sure, but even with that, you should be able to understand a FT’s mindset, other than where to look for items or when to haul ass to next location.
Granted this doesn’t necessarily work 100% of the time as there are outliers but it definitely helps in predicting movements for ambushes and stuff like that.
Oh I love the Cave. I think Pred has a lot of advantages in the cave. So many ways to catch the FT off guard.
I like the new map better. The cavern map is good too. Overgrowth is the most balanced. Train is good. They just have to go through and put fun things on the map like jaguars/ snakes / wolf packs. Maybe minibosses like a black jaguar/ a bad blood predator/ and monkeys that throw shit and put small heat signatures on the ft. Or a snake bite causes body temp to raise. Bleeds should also contribute to less effect of muddy up. Just thinking of environmental factors. A tech class for setting up traps like a tree slamming into pred or spike pits. Plus of course more predator tech

Scout Disciplined to be precise. No sound in Cloak. Set up an ambush. Jump the FT, leap out. Hit 'em from distance with either the Stick being thrown or one fully charged plasma bolt. Immeditely leap back in to grab the stick so they can’t camp it, tank the hits due to running Impen, Net someone and score some free hits. Escape in the chaos and set up another hit & run. Rinse & repeat. Running Large Pouch & Medic too so I have 4 Medkits which heal me in 10 seconds so even if the FT does manage to make me sustain damage or put me in 2nd wind I heal almost instantly and can immediately jump back in tot he fight and maintain the pressure. Letting the FT run off and do their own thing is the worst thing you can do. You have to constantly be on their ass and assulting them from different angles. Staying back and playing range means Snipers will either destroy you or your mask and you won’t land enough damage to keep them from doing mission. Rushing in with melee means that you get obliterated due to FT’s insanely high DPS. You have to mix & match and play at all ranges and constantly swap back and forth. Open them up with a shot, leap in and try to down one or two people, leap out and escape. Repeat the process.
People were saying pred cant see muddy ft. If pred turns mask vision mode to red it keeps the current heat signature of the environment. Anything that doesnt show heat sig… looks black… stands out like sore thumb. This is what preds used in all the old pvp games to track xenos. Green is the best overall picture as it acts like normal vision showing everything with out heat signature
Buddy, you’re trying to tell the very people that bought the bundle just for the masks despite owning all the DLC that this game is broken. If they’re going to throw their money at the Devs for that Isabelle DLC before the patch even downloaded, I don’t think they can handle you telling them the truth but how awful and broken this game is. They’re in denial about it.
My advice is ditch the forums and only come back every update to see what’s new. And for the sake of your own sanity, just play a game that doesn’t suck ass, a game you’ll actually have fun with. Because this game just ain’t the one.

Don’t fracture his ego lmfao. Ever since that thread was made about him being the “best PS Pred” he’s been stroking his ego every since and talking shit like he owns the place. Little does he realise no one cares how good you are at a broken borderline dead game. There’s no talking sense to someone like that.

People casually pay me upwards of £120 just to draw their OCs or other such characters having sex for fun. I can afford to throw £5 at a small character DLC in a game because that’s like cheaper than most take away meals. The fact you get tilted over “Oh my god this man spent pocket change on a game I don’t like” will never not be hilarious to me and honestly even if I don’t end up liking that DLC character in the long run, I’ll look back on you getting annoyed by the purchase as justification enough.
Sure, your money do what you like with it. Just don’t expect the game to get any better if you’re throwing money at them. Same reason with DBD. People throw money at them with any chance they get then complain the game is a broken mess. What reason do they have to improve the game and work hard when they’re getting away with the bare minimum? 2 months for essentially a hotfix is proof enough of that.

Well I’m happy with the game even if it ain’t what I wanted so this isn’t an issue to me. Sure I’d take a single player game in the style of Spidy PS4 continuing on Concrete Jungle’s world & plot but for what this is, money well spent. Got enough time out of it and continue to do so.
Maybe so. But because so many people are doing this, they’re already slowing down on improving this game. Just take a look at the most recent update. Not even new shaders or balance changes. Funny how that happened after people bought the bundle despite owning all the DLC already. It’ll only get worse from there. Game is gonna remain a buggy mess until people stop giving in.
Very few people seem to have actually bought the bundle from everyone I’ve known & talked to. And balance is overall pretty good at the moment so not a lot they actually have to change. We got an entirely new map alongside a character, don’t really need much else ATM that’s more than we get most times. I’d take maps & a character over shaders.

Fireteam has plenty of weapons, and if Pred gets another Melee weapon I’d roll my eyes. When it comes to equipment what we really need is new Gear & Perks.
