Game glitch falling out of trees…then completely froze stuck had to exit game…fix it…ffs

I get this allot when I try to eat pigs…just get outright stuck can’t do anything.
aslo sometimes happens if you do the trophy claim of a downed ft member near a tree…you will climb the tree for some reason and get stuck.
it’s not the stamina glitch, I know hoe to fix that.
