Stuff that i would want to see be in patch 3.0

Okay well its time for more feedback from me wooo…

For predator:

  • Sound bar needs to work alongside audio cues and react to any noise and be more interactive.

  • Skinning dead bodies needs to be a thing, you can either skin the body with or without head/spine as you wish, you get extra XP and stuff.

  • Auto climb surfaces feature needs to be added, so when you hold your jump button you climb the surface, so you don’t have to waste your leap and make noise

  • More bio mask visions need to be a thing in the game, preferably heart beat, footprints & analysis vision

  • Dismemberment physics for stealth kills needs to be added, for example if you go for wrist blade kill you make a hole in the center of body and you can see the wrist blade on the other side and once spine is out you see the open body and better gore.

    Or if you use elder sword you can slice people in half and it cuts the body in half

    Or if a predator whip gets added it would slice the person vertically from top to bottom

  • Net Gun needs to be made more powerful in terms of how hard it is to break out of it, but it would not allow the person to move at all, preferably it pins down the target either fully on ground, or it makes them kneel.

  • Predator clicking needs to have echo and not be so directional.

  • CLOAK PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD needs to be made more transparent and fluid like when it comes in terms of either close or further distance, the cloak right now looks like

  • Night variants
  • Rain/Snow Weather
  • New FT weapons
  • New Predator weapons
  • Harder and longer objectives for fireteam

For me cloaking is the biggest issue when predator is moving. It’s so easy to spot him. Should be more transparent like this:

You can barely see him at full speed running.

Between Cloak and predator clicks need work, if anytbing.

Yeah and that’s him sprinting lol… when he is slowly crouching he should be like 98% invis or a bit less… still noticeable if u keep looking the direction he is coming at

So, that level of cloak works great in movies, cause the Predator is perfectly framed, with cinematography that shows you exactly where to look and what to expect. Watch the camera right before the roof gets dented in. It’s already showing you the direction of action. Then the Preadator crosses over center of frame, following the keyed movement, to jump off screen with additional moving props to tell you about the motion.

In PHG, you’re dealing with an entire hemisphere of action. So, as a preface I’m not a designer (and only slightly a movie buff), if the Predator is too invisible, it’s kiinda super unfair to the Fireteam. I mean, nothing is off limits and we’ll evaluate everything, but the game does have to be fun to all.

As to the first Pred screenshot with the high contrast cloak, that’s not what I recall seeing when I play the game. But probably after this weekend I’ll do more research on this.

well he looks more like this in the games sometimes… but sometimes the cloak does not even resemble transparency like the pic taken from like you guys idk a dev name ILL_Pit_9 ?

and to be honest if the current fireteam tech plans to stay the way it is… then the cloak needs to get improved and be fully transparent cause like the matches im playing as of right now people are now realizing they have more stuff at disposal like the emp grenades and those purple mines make predator spotted and give him like already an outline.

In my eyes cloak deserves this but yeah do playtest and see for yourself, i did cloak tests before with @Fire and @Arnie.schwarzewigger and both of the times we came to conclusion if the predator cloak distance stays to be 60m+ visible… then the predator textures and transparency needs to be improved to the point where he is hard to see if ur not really looking lol

Ok. Thanks for the answer. To be fair, I understand. Movie is one thing, action game is another. I just want the cloak to be more transparent, if that’s possible, edges can be “hard” and easy visible in close combat, but I would like the inside of cloaked body to be more transparent. I too, like Coffee2Go, saw too many not matching color of cloak with the background of where the predator is at that time (like picture above, it should be more green/brown from grass and dirt road).

I mean its not even that lol… its just the fact that the only thing preventing from fireteam dealing massive amount of damage is predators cloak. And considering the fireteam technology and weaponry state this can only mean one thing and its to improve the textures

I like that vision mode in Predator 2 where it shows the owlf shoulder lights.
