[Suggestion] Full-charge, Lock-on, Penetration > Full-charge, 1-shot, Aimed

Ok this is my suggestion.

Replace Full-charge Damage that use to 1-shot, into Full-charge Lock-on that penetrates the environment, then convert the original damage into a Perk that removes aim, but gives over-charge damage.

  • Classic tracking target Plasma Caster
  • Enviroment damage & piercing
  • Balance to 1-hit problem
  • Overcharge damage is converted into a perk
  • Potential to expand into preventing camping players inside buildings
