I just play for funā¦ and to be super op at counterstrike you need to have adjustments to your mouse perfectly. using dpi macros between sniper rifles and assult weaponsā¦ it gets intense at the torny level. I never hide, I feel like thatās such a lame thing to do. Iād rather die after putting up a good fight against the predator. Who knows, you might even be able to win the 1v1 with the predator if your parrying skills are on point. Also, the predator wins after the time runs out anyway so itās not like you win if the predator doesnāt kill you.
Yeah, itās kinda tough to win against a predator using nets especially if your team is uncoordinated.

It does not matter how you play, no FT can take a predator in 1v1 if the predator is decent. More so if he has the net gun (something mine had). Iāve defeated predators in 1v1 circumstances before but in those cases the skill gap between us is very large. Those are the people that run combistick and only smash the attack button.
There was an instance about to weeks ago where a ps4 pred was killing a 3 man pc FT i sawā¦ You guys need to start using the elder sword and downing FT members. If you do this back up set a trap and get out a plasmaā¦ to often I see them claim and get second windedā¦followed by scout chase down or they self destruct knowing they fād up
Yeah, if the predator is decent than you probably wonāt be able to win the 1v1. Still, I would never hide. Thatās just me though, to each their own lol.
Iām not sure what your on about I have no trouble as pred against pc players there usually just as good as anyone else
if its a straight melee fight a FT member can potientally come out on top in a 1 v 1. But most the pred run plasma pistol and will combo you with animation cancel
Iāve been killing PC players as the predator lol. I only recently turned off crossplay because I found it too stressful to go against PC players all the time. Iāve had a good success rate with the bow and plasma pistol.
If you went up against a half decent team as predator vs pc playersā¦ they can just laser in on you faster, more accurate, with macros to nades and stuffā¦ your at a disadvantage as pred going into itā¦ if you win good job
No idea who you ended up against (bad player on PC exist) but even so Iāve never lost a game against a PS predator when I had 2 more PC players. Iāve seen many good PS predators but if the teams has more then 2 PC players and they are not potatoesā¦ Youāre probably not even going to get close to themā¦ Much.
You wont get pc players oftenā¦ just rember these key steps to victory as pred. These are basic and will grantee wins if criteria fits.
- use your homing in vision mode at 14:59
- Get behind them and knock a scout or recon down
- Get to the high ground and wait for them to pick up ( or if you have elder sword) sit tight and pounce
- Do not claim anything till there all down or ran away
Things to note.
-Get ai involved
-blow up med kits at usual spawn pts
-be pesky but no to aggressive till you know you can kill one
-know the base dmg of your weapons with owl wolf
-if you have plasma pistol. a net gun can be useful vs sweaty parry king
Hmmā¦ the pc advantaged are there, but I think you overestimate them a bit.
Thanks for the tips but I already know how to deal with PC players. I have a good success rate against them. The only people I struggle with are the cheaters who alter their graphics settings. I rely on my cloak a lot. I had a bunch of matches where I just stood in the middle of the fire team while cloaked and killed them with my bow, plasma pistol and wrist blades.
I donāt use melee weapons because they can just parry everything. I donāt think Iām gonna turn crossplay back on anytime soon though. Iām having more fun playing against PS4 players.

I speak from what Iāve seen in game from both sides and how well they perform. Its obviously not a statistic but that is my experience.
Yeah, I know.
Iām not too sure how being on pc helps the predator much. But yeah the game isnāt balanced well. Predators on either system will eliminate the Fireteam 99% of the time, if they have any clue of how to play.
Iām sure thatās not the case.
