The aim assist is really heavy at close range with range weapons and melee and the plasma caster doesnât require direct hits. And slam is easy to land.
My point is that now that the predator meta is known and has no counter by the fireteam, itâs not even that fun to play or watch because it is expected that the predator will eliminate the fireteam every time, unless they donât know what theyâre doing or they make some huge mistake and there, just by chance, happens to be no hogs to get all their health back from. Thatâs probably the reason why nobody even watches the streams after only a few months.

If he is playing on PS4 and ends up with other PS players I can somewhat understand where he is coming from :) Iâve seen PS predators getting killed 3 at a time from predators in melee.

Nop but I usually end up with 3 PS players on my team and I noticed how "wellâ they perform. Most of the games I think there is no way for them to win if they replace me with another one like them.
Yeah⌠youâve said that at least 5 times now, spread across various threads. To me looks more like you are generally biased against console players. I played with a lot of good ps4 players, and the pc players arenât always the ones dishing out the top dmg to the predator.
Well from my experience they need a buff to compete with PC players. That is why I bring it up.
PC players not only have the advantage of the M&K but also better hardware for the game to run better. PC players are also way less probable to be complete casuals.
Iâve never seen a PS player to perform anywhere close to me. I usually end up having 10 times the damage they have. Perhaps there is a small percentage of people who are really good on PS but those are not the ones I see.
If I am bias I have no clue in what way. I also have a PS, playing Ghost of Tsushima right now as I type this. I got multiple monitors on my PC and I just switch one to my PS4 when I want to play something.

Thatâs true. But itâs random match making. There are a lot of bad predator players. But if you had to stay in the same lobby you would notice the predators that you canât hide from, can kill you in seconds, and you canât really ever see, and theyâll be running Yautja bow and/or plasma pistol with observant. Iâm sure things would be the other way around.
You can fight any predator if you have a good team. Today I had probably one of the best games in a long time. Had 3 other PC players that where really good. Predator was really, really good(on PC). We had a long back and forward game. He claimed 2 people, got 1 back with reinforcements. We finally killed him at exfil but we also died from the blast ending in a draw(the guy disarming made a mistake).
Now if you have a bad team it can seem impossible but⌠Well we canât really nerf the pred into the ground for those moments.
If he shoots with the bow from stealth and you canât find him, force him to reposition by moving out of his FOV. Pistol is also not that powerful if you have a decent team, 2-3 people shooting him are going to out-DPS him like crazy(he needs to stop a bit to shoot). Now if youâre on console (and the other guy is probably going to say I am bias again) its probably going to be way harder to track and shoot him as he jumps.
Anyway, the number of times I see super good predators is remote, we really, really should not rebalance the game around 4 man PC squads (premades) or top level predators.
To me, right now the balance seems ok, win some, lose some.

Yeah. There are a lot of times I do way more damage, too. (Screen shots below) Itâs not just a pc/ps4 problem. My main concerns at the moment are observant and indestructible traps.
