The support class seems a little broken to me and not in a good way. Your weight cap for Gear is 15 but can only use at max 10 units of weight at a time. So it feels like that extra 5 units of weight is useless or a waste. Maybe increase their Perk space instead, and drop the Gear to 10/10 rather than 10/15 because of this issue?
