Yeah… I don’t think it’s a bug really…
In the past few days i played with a guy who has been getting internet problems at his home. Many times he loaded into the game like that.
I guess it has to be related to that. The custom loadout doesn’t upload properly or fast enough to the match.
Also it happened to me last year many times. But at the time i had a very unstable DSL connection. Now that i have fiber optics 1 Gbps/200 Mbps, i’ve never had that “bug” again.
