I’d encourage everybody to turn off crossplay.

Admittedly, I am a Predator focussed player, but maybe that’s why it’s more apparent to me.

Having played for a while now, I’ve noticed there’s been a real but subtle gameplay change. I play on a PS4, and I’ve reached the point where you cannot convince me that PC players are not putting themselves at an advantage somehow. Whether it’s mods, hacks or changing graphics I don’t know, but the gameplay of a PC player is noticeably different from console users.

I’m not a sore loser. I’m not even that great at being a Predator! I prefer taking on Fireteam from a range, and 8/10 times it’s a PC user who has spotted me shot me before I’ve even approached them. PC users consistently know where the predator is located, and the most obvious answer is they’re turning down graphic settings, so even when cloaked, the predator stands out.

TLDR; PC users always know where I am as a cloaked Predator somehow.

Aint this a sad story :( ILLFONIC maybe you should discontinue PC developement altogether and NEVER USE A PC to do developemnt? Never Test USING PC gear, and never ever EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER make playstation (SONY) think you’re using a desktop to make games…
FUCKING INSANE DOUCHES OUT THERE.
Maybe developers should connect their keyboard and mouse and start coding on their playstation coonsole in debug mode…oh wait fuck! They are still using keyboard and mouse. ALL THIS TIME< i thought devs were using the ps controller to code!

PC coders should let the PS coders take the reigns…and code…pong. Thats just way beyond me. I’m still trying to do HTML on the PS Controller and you know the PC coders are hackers and cheaters. They get the head start on me.

I play ps4 with ps4 controller and I have turned off crossplay. It’s good that there is possibility for that choice. I’m way more accurate in aiming with K&M while playing with PC than with a ps4 controller.
But in second thought to become better player with ps4 controller it’s good training to turn on crossplay.
To play against a player who uses K&M or some form of hyprid combination of those is disadvantage for a player who uses only ps4 controller.

Have this people not realize that maybe, just maybe, PC players tend to dedicate themselves more to a game?

There’s just a handful of PC Death Squads out there. Ask any of them and they all have more than 500 hours on the game. Aside that aiming with a mouse is 100 times easier than with a controller and most, if not all of us, use a gaming headset that allows us to hear all the sounds the pred make and sit closer to the display
