I agree there. Reinforcements is not well introduced, knife parry is strange. Fair points. Bringing the sides together quickly is an unfortunate necessity because of the lack of game time. A longer game would mean more stalking, more useful abilities and such. Hell, I watched my kids play some Roblox game called ‘Piggy’ where rounds last longer because there’s more to do!
(I’ve not played F13, but I think it’s loosely based on that)

The vision thing I would expect was gamified because it would have been potentially exhausting to play a game in that mode (and with that sound) for extended periods of time - and probably to balance abilities I guess. That said, it may have been better - what do you think?

If we don’t have target isolation, mudded up fireteams will just blitz the objectives while the predator bounces around aimlessly until he sees noise bubbles in vision mode.

Well, I did have an idea that needs help balancing, but its essentially forcing the game to last the whole 15 minutes before extraction. It was string together the missions. Congrats, you grabbed all the relics, now while you are here, take out the drug trades. Oh, we got word that some dude’s brother is here. Etc. and at the 13 minute mark, Zeus tells you they can’t keep the chopper nearby any longer, so the mission is canceled and you go to exfl, and normal exfil applies. It gives the fireteam xp for the missions as normal, but allows the predator time to do all the stalking.

As I said, I have no way to balance it, but it was a thought for extending the matches.

I like the sound of that. More opportunity for rewards for both sides. I somehow feel the map could use a size boost for that, though it would be pretty great.

Its not about taking sides its about having a balance to the game for the real players to enjoy and getting their monies worth.

Simple answer you deactivate your thermal and pursued your attack the maps are small and its easy finding fire team with just 8 ridiculous hops you’ve covered the map and easily encountered them, last week i started of as the predator and was shocked to how badly easy it is to find fire team without that spoon feed isolation hense why i raise the issue in my thread. As predator you have sound bubbles also to help and a perk for thermal footsteps too, too many predators just sit in a tree straight from the beginning of the match and expect to be pin pointed their preys location which is an big dissapointment to the real predator fanbase to have a target isolation to help instantly finger point the fire team location is so dreadful and it defeats purpose of being a hunter but more importantly the mechanic target isolation is being abused by absolutely many berzerkers to use to rush in and finish a match in 240 seconds killing off many peoples ingame experience but again this is also followed with another issue which is ingame time because fire team rush missions also to help the game to be one big rush mess. Lol

Iffonic would have been better off to have combined all 3 small maps together to make a big map and throw a waterfall in it and gorilla camp from the 87 movie which would have worked very well with the camps they already have.

That makes sense, I think. One map, multiple landmarks, patrol spawns, a more sensible target “detection” feature. Basically the same infrared but boosted 10x to detect at range for a short period.
