Temp fix for slow walk after thrown combi-stick

Quick tip, if you throw your stick and get stuck in the slow moving bug, I have a temp solution for you!

Select the PC and aim it, or the Smart Disk if you have it equipped tho it’s prob safter to use the PC, after which you should be good to move again.

Also, you can tell when you’re gonna bug out with a stick throw. If the screen doesn’t zoom in when you aim the stick, don’t toss it, that’s how the bug starts. Just lower the stick and pull it back up again to have the screen zoom in.

Also, if it happens after you’ve thrown your disc using City Hunter, just bring up weapon wheel and select Shoulder Cannon and it should free you from the bug.

Haven’t had it happen with Smart disk yetinly combi has been causing issues for me, good to know tho!

I was running City Hunter with Smart Disc and Hand Held. If I threw my disc and it got stuck in a wall, I’d suddenly find myself locked in the aiming position with my hand held unable to fire and moving really slow, selecting Shoulder Cannon is how I broke free. It’s happened too many times and cost me a couple of matches.

Another City Hunter bug is your shoulder cannon targeting laser getting locked for no apparent reason. You end up stuck in the ADS animation with your laser pointing out your position to the FT and you can’t fire it. I just erratically spammed my weapon wheel options to break it.

Hah, I’ve still been around just not been aroind the forums, haha. Tbh I haven’t had too many issues wity CH apart from his roar being a little iffy and the stick betraying me. Oh and the auto eating/long claiming bug.

Tbh, still been having way too much fun for the bugs to dampen my experience, haha.

Touch wood, I haven’t had any of these bugs happen to me for a while but I do know others are still experiencing them. The shoulder caster bug happened last night but that was in a solo private match while I was practising some Smart Disc routes.

It was quite some time ago now, and I have had too many matches since to remember it specifically. I just remember seeing your name in the squad, I sent the FRq and message straight afterwards👍🏼

If I still have the FR sitting around I’ll be sure to accept it, honestly can’t remember what I did with it, haha. Most likely I just let it sit in the pending box with all the others, hahaha
