Epic/PC/My system requirements meet the average, all the latest drivers are worth, I don’t know how much FPS the game gives out, but it clearly feels more than 30, which suits me, but it’s simply impossible to play.
Constantly does not load the background in the main menu, does not load operatives and predators in customization, loads for a long time on missions, and often does not load the map and pictures before the mission.
In the game itself, there are freezes and micro lags, people with whom I play sometimes freeze in place for the whole match, constantly, in 90% of games it does not load models of enemy NPCs, when the character is dead and I watch live allies, it does not load the interface, and after respawning sometimes does not load weapons, at the end of the mission, instead of a cutscene, I look at a frozen picture of the jungle, or mud, or whatever, instead of a cutscene.
Also, when you play with your friends on discord, the discord connection becomes just disgusting.
I played Predator back in beta and it worked better than it does now.
Now, in order to get a normal, non-lagging match, you need to pray to the gods of randomness, one of 5-10 matches goes as expected, the rest …
Apparently, the Internet connection with the game servers is to blame, my friend’s game works great, we have one provider and we live in the same city.
Maybe I need to open some specific ports?
If someone had something like that, what could be the problem and how to fix it? I like the game, but it’s not worth playing with such lags.
Terrible connection to the game/HELP
You need to sacrifice a goat to Lagzen, the god of lag.
I will do XDD
But tech advise really help to
Sorry man, I’m not on pc so I have no idea.
How do we know this? What are your specs?
Proccessor 4 core, game on SSD
Resolution you play at?
1920x1080
I can tell you your processor and gpu are not powerful enough to run this game smoothly. You need to set your graphics at the lowest settings and see if that even helps.
The game will look like crap to be honest but leave the shadows on medium so it looks decent.
Already tried, low or high settings - no matter.
The settings of the game itself do not affect its performance in any way in my case.
Yea I figured, sorry to tell you but your system isn’t strong enough to run this game smoothly. The game is poorly optimized on PC.
Are you thermal throttling or bottlenecking your cpu?
I don’t remember what I would have done with the processor, so most likely not.
Nevertheless, problems appear much more likely with the connection and / or the Internet than with the game settings.
As long as you have steady connection it wouldn’t be an issue.
What I find helpful for making the game run smoother is deleting it and playing something good
