The OWLF agent does seem like he has a port for a plasmacaster so it could be a gadget shared between them except Royce gets it by default. That would also be a way to get night mode.
Thermal vision gadget that way they don’t have to make a night vision filter.

not a chance. Like even slighty. Its a guy dressed up like in Wildlands.
They’re assembling the predator avengers lead by arnie lol. And Predator Killer suit as the resident iron man.

Could be explained with the PK suit. Royce goes nuts and runs around in that to explain his newfound ability to leap six miles.
