1 PC FT 3 PS/XB v PRED is a death trap, prepare for sweat.
4 PS/XB v PRED is deathtrap, bloodbath.
Don’t worry so much about gears. Use your ammo crates and med boxes wisely.
Builds are just symantics of what the devs want you to believe. Its all in your aim control and response time/reflex action.
there are so many viable options depending on your playing style.
when it comes to team effort, having multiple support fiel medics is just insane. Between the fast with more HP revive and damage reduction you can just ignore the pred and complete the mission effortlessly. Having recon with tracker perk keeps the predator spotted for so long that stealth goes down the drain for it. Scout duelist with pistols becomes a glass cannon that will secondwind preds in a few seconds. Dutch 87 with bane+heavy hitter will melt predators when they try to engage in melee. As a general all around class Dante is very OP since it excels pretty much in everything: damage resistance, speed and stamina. Even assault with its passive bullet damage can become OP with several combinations of perks.
I mostly run Assault with Thick skin + OWLF for solo pubs, not precisely OP, but I have a well “balanced” (with itself) between damage resistance and damage inflict when paired with deadly or fanatic. If I’m lucky to have a support in the team, it makes me able to take so much more damage while still delivering over average damage.
But it greatly depends on your playing style. If you like chasing preds down, Dutch 87, Scout, Dante or even Assault with double time are viable options. If you like just keeping the pred at bay while progressing the mission, Dante, Dutch 25 and Support are your best bets.

PC Players are very over-rated now. I play with so many randoms that PC/PS/XBOX makes little to no difference anymore. Same goes for PC/PS/XBOX Pred players. It all comes down to the players we all know are good, regardless of the platform.
@BeerWarrior66 has pretty much debunked the whole myth that PC has more significant advantages over Console, him playing on a Playstation and still being able to consistently outplay by a mile most good PC players.
And then there’s the cases of console players who transition to PC and didn’t get much better.
Case in point, if you are trash, you are trash and unless you make an effort to get better, you’ll stay there, regardless of the platform. When the game re-launched and was made available on XBOX we saw an influx of good players on that platform. They were good from the go because it this game is very simple and there’s not much to learn about it and that platform is known to have a very competitive playerbase but if you don’t train to get better at paying attention to your surroundings, aiming and reacting quickly, you aren’t gonna improve. Period.

But what i posted about the PS v PC thing, its mostly the player based percentile.
Sure you might meet good playstation players but the majority in my region suck ass and they aren’t getting good anytime soon.

With this new update im gonna be memeing around with OWLF Spotter with the PDL and LMG (maybe the bullpup just for pew pew lazers). Ammo bags, stims, A.C.I.G.s/Grenades (gonna make one with each) Slight of hand, OWLF Training, and Heavy Hitter.
