Right now there is a SEVERE lack of information in the game to the player. Here are just a few things

The biggest one by far is perks - none of them tell me by how much. How much more bullet damage am I resisting? How much more quickly do I interact with things? How much longer do I mark the player? How much less damage am I taking in trees? This information is critical for theory crafting.

How to escape the bear trap. Whereas the Netgun gives an indicator for the player to activate, the Bear trap has to be de activated by looking down and pressing ‘F’… which people only realize through discovery or someone telling them. There is zero indication in game.

The damage dealt by each weapon in terms of health value. Sure, we get a bar showing damage, but how much is a charged bow shot going to do compared to a normal one?
These are only three things. Too many things are left unexplained where the Player cannot find out how effective they are.
