Between freezes and only having 3 maps for almost 6 months, plus your actual lack of response on here after careful consideration fuck your game and this shit forum where the same 10 losers post daily slowly eroding away at anything good about your game its see ya later the veritanium and high cost of most unlocks is a piss poor way to keep people playing with the fucking atrocious duplicate rate on lockers always costing me V it’s no fun the lockers suck the joy out of playing

Lol. But hey, new map and mode in 3 days. Took ages but hopefully it’ll be worth the wait especially if it’s the gauntlet mode. We better get some extra goodies too like more perks, weapons and gadgets. Otherwise that’d be kinda sad.
I have to ask: what the fuck took so long with the new map and mode? I feel like other developers can push more stuff out way faster with fewer bugs. Maybe I’m wrong 🤷♀️

This is team of less than 100 people, they are most likely taking there time so they avoid a 2.0 scenario, I much rather them take there time and have a good patch than a rushed one that creates more problems.

Studios are usually 200-300 for AAA devs. Sometimes much more. It depends. But these guys are definitely AA and seeing as most games based on a franchise are given to AAA devs, I can understand the frustration. I also personally think sony interference is slowing development significantly so that surely doesnt help.

Side note though. If they can make bank off this game illfonic could definitely become a AAA studio. Hire more people. They have a solid team right now imo. Just seem to be stretched thin at the moment.

I honestly suspect a lot of Sony interference on this in most particular the communications department. Everything hits PS blog before the forum, Twitter is the primary means of communication instead of the forum. Zero activity from devs on reddit…I firmly believe that’s all Sony.
As far as development, well I can’t really comment. I’m a filthy casual in all things gaming and so know next to nothing about behind the scenes. While you can tell the difference in an AAA vs. AA title I don’t play enough AA titles to judge fairly what’s quality.

All excuses aside, there is no reason why illfonic treats this community like it does. They ask for our feedback and we are clearly giving it and it seems as if only a 8th of what we say ever sees any light of day. You make a game forum for the single reason of finding out what the people who play your game want. Make polls, take those numbers and put in the time to make the game what the players are asking for. I get it we are in strange days where it is not always easy to get things done in a timely manner but, seriously 1 new map and 1 maybe 2 new game modes if we are lucky… The players have been asking over and over again for either a single player mode or bots so they don’t have to sit and wait for a match, where is that illfonic??? Stop looking for your answers in other social media outlets and use the tools you already have to get the answers you are looking for. Enough is enough, this game is clearly going downhill it needs a pick-me-up very fast. Give the players what they want and stop this stall tactic of we need to make sure it is what all the social media outlets want BS…
Things take time, I don’t think we’ll see single player content till late next year or the year after.
These things take months and months to create. They need lots of planning, and imagine they won’t just do one side or the other, they’ll try and make content for both sides of the game.
I get it that things take time. Trust me I understand programming new things into an already existing program is not always that easy. I also understand that as a business money needs to be made, this will only occur if you are selling your products or services. If that doesn’t occur then it would be considered a bad business investment. Clearly people love the Predator and this game is fun for what it offers already but, it is becoming stale. People have stopped playing the game, numbers are declining steadily. People are tired of asking for fixes and possible game improvements with little to no response from the Devs. Yes they give tidbits here and there but that is clearly not enough to keep everyone hanging around to see if these things will occur. I like many others are trying our hardest to stay as positive as we can that things will get better but, with the way things are going now it does look like a very short life span for this game. With the new systems right around the corner this game might just end up as a cliff note in the history of past Predator games unless things drastically change.
