The future of the game

I think there are some crucial things that need to be done in order for this game to have a bright feature.
By now it is clear the performance issues will not be addressed, so in order to improve performance on console, disable resource intensive unnecessary effects such as motion blur and high textures.

Make the game free to play and make money of from DLC (which seems to be the money making thing nowadays anyway). That would bring in fresh new meat

Add more weapon options specially for Predator, but also for FT. Add a 3rd weapon (side arm) for FT and add at least 4 weapons equipped at the same time for Predator, allowing preds to equip something like combi, netgun, bow and smart disc at the same time

Add auto-targeting to shoulder cannon (but nerf damage)

Add aim assist to controller players

Fix AI ridiculous health for juggernaut and armored troopers. Fix spawning, xray vision and shooting through walls.

Combine missions to make them longer.

Combine maps to make them bigger.

Introduce 3v12 playing mode allowing Predators to team up

Its all good, but as Illfonic would say it, ‘i would definitely post that on the feedback section’, where it supposedly falls on deaf ears. Still, it worth a try

I would add all if that now, without testing, even if it was buggy, cause that’s how we get updates anyway

As for pred if they keep this absence of balance we have, then we need a trapper and summoner class.

It’s been made pretty obvious that they dont preds to directly fight the ft, they want preds to play like little bitches, probably cause ft mains bitched too much.
Who knows.

Personally I think what we have is worse cause now every preds just being a bitch with their playstyle.

But if shits going to stay like this we need ways to indirectly fight the ft, effectively as well.

Which means we need good and viable DOT damage, and status effects.

But I highly doubt we’ll get that cause people are pretty much afraid of good effects like the two I mentioned.

But it’s getting real boring playing pred, and fighting preds now too.
Like I said everyone’s being a bitch now.

Hey even I’m doing it, but it was always part of my style.
I’ve always used my pc, and switched it up with combi.

What’s pissing me off is all of a sudden these preds who never actually used it as part of their playstyle are now doing nothing but pc.

But they’re not doing it because it’s part of their style or how they play, they’re doing it purely out of fear.

I can usually pick up on why people are doing shit in a game.

And like I said too, its fucking lame now cause you dont see any preds changing it up anymore.

I cant blame them entirely but if all were going to see is one thing then its going to be EXTREMELY boring.

And with the cost of impenetrable up now I dont see it being able to used anymore, at least in an effective build.

I just want more options.
Let me do more shit.

I see nothing here I haven’t said myself. Except free to play. On the fence with that but the rolling sales they’re doing has generated a lot of new players lately. So from a financial aspect I don’t see it going FTP

the thing about meta loadouts is that they don’t work for everyone

Some players swear for the sniper meta build… If I use the sawz… I perform poorly. That is not my thing.

Same thing with “infinite health” builds… that shit simply does not work for me. That’s not my playing style.

You build a meta loadout that works for you, but there isn’t a universal meta that will work for everyone.

I agree with everything, but not this imo. It has to be strong. Look, in the films/comics they oneshot everyone, but here it takes a lot of time to charge and do “good” damage. Yes, it can oneshot a recon, but thats how it is supposed to be, it has to be stong. Anyways, when u play recon you use thick skin or OWFL Trained they can take more dmg…
They need to lower the health of FT and/or buff the damage of the pred. Thats one of the biggest balance issues imo.

I kinda get that. Sometimes you want to play your game, bit it’s not very effective. Sometimes you want to win, but that play style is not fun.

Aim-lock one shot? Dude, sorry but that would be broken, unless you can’t shoot again for like 10-15 seconds.

After last patch shoulder cannon downs assault from full health. With aim lock that would be 4 shots and game over

i thought you wanted to nerf it in general. Yes you are right it should not aimbot oneshot. In my opinion they should make “variants” for all Pred weapons. For example Shoulder Cannon: burst shot (low dmg) long shot (like snipe, high dmg and high energy cost), Aim-lock (a bit lower damage), high AoE damage. A big radius with damage but takes a lot of energy
etc…

I totally agree. I rather use a perks and specializations that are going to benefit my team as well. I don’t use Yautja Bane against good preds, I use Tracker instead to help my team know where the pred is. I also choose anti cloaking grenades over frag grenades. My play style now is team oriented.

I’m not sure about the free to play yet but everything on there is definitely a yes. But like @Anyt1m3 said, u should put it in feedback so at least they will read it, but implement??.. very niche. Also in order to do the 4 weapon loadout, pred needs a shit ton more weapons otherwise we’ll see a lot more common builds and people running the same thing. There should be more versatile and variety with the weapons for pred which is what they need to add in the game.
I plan on making a post tm about this.
