A video is not enough. Can you send the log file? Was this happening while you were standing up? The devs need more information or else they can’t help you.
Can you take a picture? What platform are you on? Have you tried erasing the save data files? Are you vaccinated against covid?
If you’re not willing to troubleshoot the problem, I’m sorry the devs can’t help you.
