Sauce looks watery

Sorry, was with a girl.

Sauce was made from scratch using stewed tomatoes, basic pasta sauce but I added chopped onions, red and green bell peppers, and chopped garlic with various herbs and spices, basic stuff like salt and pepper but dashed with cumin, garlic power and chili powder.

Meatballs were made by mixing siracha, chili powder, mustard, salt, pepper, cinnamon and cumin into the meat before cooking. Meat was seared for three to five minutes per side until browned, before being baked in the oven for 30mins.

Spaghetti cooked to al dente as per usual. Buttered for taste after straining. Basil and cloves for color, cheese optional.

Damn that looks delicious.
I thought we were making Negan style spaghetti lol. Would have made my pasta prima Vera spaghetti hybrid if we could do anything. Don’t mind my brain cell bluescreening.

One minor thing aside from what Anytime pointed out, the store bought spaghetti sauce. I like that you spruced it up, but imo the store stuff has way too much sugar in it, and that’s why I make my own most of the time. Mixing it with the other stuff probably helped balance it out.
In my recipe I use sweet peppers to cut how much sugar I have to use to balance out the acidity of the tomato’s.

“NO SIMMERING?!”

How can you make a sauce for spaghetti, and not simmer it?

Imagine Maddie explains it to the gal, ‘the food is not ready because of @TheSenate’s contest conditions, which are clearly more important than making you happy’
