How am I supposed to know when an FT member is below 50% health? They can bring the health increase perk, there’s no health bar that’s visible to the Predator, and I’m pretty sure there’s no indication that you damaged an FT member.
The "How (not) to Predator" Guide
You have to pay attention to their uniform and see how much blood is on it, it’s kinda a guessing game.
Next time you just starting beating the shit out of an FT, just pause and look at the uniform. If it’s just drenched with blood, they are one hit away…
Yea if u have someone like critically hurt it shows blood soaked on their torso front/back
Also generally speaking, you attacked them at range before hand. Like the others are saying, the blood is a good indication. Very important side-note! Never EVER engage a FT member who just double injected themselves with stimpacks. They basically have double their HP if you engage them right there and then.
Mostly, pay attention to who you do damage to. Spear + combo is pretty obvious, you gotta be sorta close. Bow is tricky(er), don’t engage too quickly, deplete their health supplies first. But also a great combo weapon if you can force a little riskier gameplay. I generally focus on the outfit of a guy, or if that is harder, the blood. It’s very similar to predator blood mechanics, but on humans it can be harder to see, more so if they are mudded up.
This is exactly why the predators need buffed, a good ft doesn’t worry about the pred at all, we just gather xp and currency while we wait for the pred to make the mistake of showing up. 1 attack and he’s located, one glitched jump and he’s bleeding out, runs for health we track him, stops for health we kill him.
It’s boring and it needs to be more of a challenge.
Yes playing predator is very annoying
Actually when i see predator glitch to wall while jumping i stop shooting to not make his game any worse. Most players doesn’t give any mercy
And I would add also: never runnin during second wind but always leap and try to do 2 long leap and the third over a rock or behind some coverage. Long jump perk can be very helpfull for this also.
I believe 18 covers most of that doesn’t it? In reality, you always use sprint a little, but avoid it for clearing distance (like 2nd wind).
