The crashes over the last week had tons of complaints come to the forum, since courier and oldkinghamlet are the moderators they make the announcements here, on Twitter or Facebook there was a bug fix listed yet here under the announcement header there was nothing to help people, only members of the community did it, they also only ever respond to not even a handful of the bug reports and complaints here even if some of the complaints are total shit they could have some kind of response to the consumers who take there time to voice an opionion whether it’s bad or good

And to be fair the job they do isnt terrible but it has room for improvement, that and I agree with rest of what you said

Yeah exactly what I was thinking. They do a good job when they can but the issue I feel is that they dont have the time to sherriff these forums 24/7. I recommended they appoint some regulars as deputy moderators a few days ago but who knows.

I just hope that if they do appoint a sheriff of sorts, that they choose wisely. Last thing we want is someone having a power trip.
