The Grenade launcher translation is wrong. It’s not a 충격 수류탄, it’s a 유탄발사기.
충격 수류탄(x) ㅡ> 유탄발사기(o)

Well what does it say in korean? If it’s not translated to “Grenade Launcher”, what is it translated into? Launcher of Grenades?
Grenade Tube?
Boom Barrel?

The fruit is the same as apple and watermelon, but as wrong, the grenade launcher and the grenade are the same grenade, but they are different.
And the military term “impact grenade” does not exist.
