My loadouts keep bugging out. Different weapons, no gear. I had to leave multiple consecutive lobbies. After 30 minutes of this process and still no game, I shut it off. This is next level fucking garbage.

Ignore them.
I had this in one match nearly too. But quickly switching to another loadout and then back fixed it for me.
