So.

Everyone is getting the next pred in line that we all asked for.

Are we going to be recieving souly the pred with weapons (like the samurai pred), or are we going to get some other hidden goodies?

I personally believe we are going to simply receive just that. Their past releases have been very to a T in regards to what they are releasing, but there is something that I cant help, wanting more.

MAPS/gamemodes/bug fixes.

I for one am terribly tired of things that make this amazing game, not so amazing.

Map rotation and variety, needs a SEVERE bump in content, whether that be new missions, a different point in time of the day (NIGHT MODE), rotating weather cycles to change dynamics, literally SOMETHING.

Just sad to see how the thing IllFonic knows we as the community want the most, has been put behind the “free update wall”. (They can release items as they please regardless of want or need of playerbase)

I dont know about you guys, I was truly hoping for more information (not content) literally the NEXT free update they were giving. To provide what we could expect map or game mode wise.

Now we are stuck waiting for these new maps and game modes, with DLC being thrown at us in the meantime.

This being said.

Truly hope they release the map and mode with the City hunter.

People want to play this game, but need more flavour and ways to play this game.

You know you will be recieving our money, just please listen to the community and at least help us understand how long of a wait we are strapping in for.

If it is too long, knowing it will push fans away, dont tease people and drag them through the mud.

Just for the love of god, ruin our expectations or exceed them. This middle ground bs is nothing, but corporate marketing strategies that will piss off the player base.

honestly we know some much bigger things are coming. Whether it’s tomorrow or not remains to be seen.
The way I see it last update was just a teaser drop deal. They were coming off a vacation between a drop that caused bugs and the free update. They took a well deserved vacation and now had to play catch up this update. You’ll get City Hunter, some bug fixes and that’s it. The map/gamemode are probably dropping at the end of the current roadmap as “Thank you for your patience.” It’ll be released with the paid DLC but not be paid DLC. This gets everyone’s attention back and leads to a new roadmap they’re a little more comfortable with discussing as we’ve had time to run the game through it’s paces and they have real data and player feedback.

It’s not goin to be 30 mins to queue up because this game is trash and dead and all the players have left the community right? So I should be waiting 5 mins right? Because no one is going to play?
Because no one will buy the dlc? Because pred is weak and trash?

honestly im just hoping for something else along side the City hunter… i dont want another “pay for this months op weapon and a skin” deal again…

So we’re going to have to get the group together for some private matches to test this Predator tomorrow. Avoid the upcoming wait time travesty.

I mean they did say they have have some ideas/fix for queue times for City Hunter tomorrow so atleast there aware.

The most telling thing here is literally how silent they have been…

Dutch and samurai had a decent screenshot with an explanation of what the free DLC was and what the paid was.

Im hoping the FREE is no less than a fitting arena for our urban-pred to hunt - a city map!

This is what really gets me. The scene in the meat locker is completely iconic, but is completely colour corrected! Nothing natural about it. I’m afraid unless a room can colour correct easily, we might never get to see it.
Did anyone notice, in PHG that the chopper has a red hue? It looks like it Is a color overlay in which isn’t perfect because you see the regular color bleed through the bottom. It should be something like that but with blue. But of course the chopper is a scripted scene.

Not really? it form the movie 1987 predator he never missed intell dutch Blocked his Heat and the tracker no longer could find a Target to lock on too. Predator 2 i dont think he missed? i could be wrong its been awhile since i watch it. avp they missed alot because the aliens move so fast! i think the auto targeting was on point it just that the Plasma bolt still has a Movement speed to it its not a hit scan so it can be avoided if timed right or fast enough witch i think is the case for avp then Avpr theres alot of walls and rock and pipes to block line of sight.

then predators 2010 i dont think they ever missed? oh no wait the camp scene thats right but there i honestly couldnt tell you why they missed other then MOVIE! its allllll a movie so its ok.

then 2018 the predator i think is a joke so lets all agree too pretend it never happened.
