I love the way the 6x scope looks as well. I haven’t tried it but nice job @Courier @OldKingHamlet to whoever worked on it and thanks for a new rifle!

I would assume because the accuracy count is not correct for a bullpup rifle and that’s because it has a long barrel hence “long range”. If anything this should be the most accurate rifle in the game. I just wished the accuracy wasn’t so bad @OldKingHamlet
How does it perform? Similar to the scar?
This gun looks like a longer version of a T800 plasma rifle in the 40 watt range.
It should be locked at lvl 150 and nerfed.

It’s an absolute beast, sounds gorgeous and has a plasma effect. Standard against AI, waiting to test it on a Pred. Just leveling it up in solo for all the attachments.

It has a slow fire rate, which is my only complaint so far.

100% agree. Good idea, but it should be like the FT version of the elder class. Unlocked at 150. The thought of having to fight full teams of conial marines now disgusts me quite a bit
Hope they made it easy to access just to let ppl who hop on for the free trial have a taste, and that they will make it more difficult to achieve later

Its bad at range, it has bad stability. Bad fire rate but it would appear above decent damage. How it looks and sounds its perfect. Its stats… Don’t impress me as of now.
The AI on the other hand have become very annoying. It feel like I fight them more then the predator. They seem to spawn more just as well.

Yeah. Judging by the stats (can be misleading) I figured it might be a stronger scar, so the firerate would have to be low.
This is true. I feel like I’m playing AI hunting grounds instead of predator lol
They take away so much health yet remain untactile

I know right, this last game the AI did more damage to me then the predator and I was in a 1v1 with him above one of those hangars on derail.

I haven’t verified it, but the OWLF rifle is one of the best in terms of firepower at the right distance.
The problem is that it is difficult to hit due to its low accuracy and large muzzle flash.
Its close-medium ranged weapon at best and at that distance I prefer to pull out the SMG… I think I will go back to GOSL + SMG.
The new rifle is definitely annoying to deal with as a predator. I almost got my mask destroyed by a fireteam using these rifles.
@KameofWar put me in second wind extremely quick using the Pitbull WITHOUT extended mag in one clip…it’s deadly.
The PDWZ is just stupidly powerful now they’ve buffed it, and will second wind even quicker.
These two are probably going to be the melter meta now.
Could it be that the power of this plasma rifle is superior to the others because of its different attributes?
The Predator’s perk “Impenetrable” reduces the bullet attribute, but the rifle has the “Plasma” attribute.
