The hish are unclear really.
They pop up in forever midnight and one other thing but Yaujta is the thing they went with and the hish are meant to be the normal predators. Nothing really about the hish within this context is clear though. We don’t know if Hish are an earlier thing, a sub-species, or if the species just uses both terms.
I know a lot of people point to Gaska potentially knowing but given we’re not provided context in anything anybody can actually see it means dick.
